We currently use a basic card reader — what would actually change?

A proper retail POS adds stock visibility, product catalogues, category reporting and customer profiles on top of card payments. We’ll walk you through what is genuinely useful for your type of shop versus what you can leave for later.

We stock around 200 products — is inventory management worth it?

At 200 SKUs, yes. You will start to see meaningful low-stock alerts, sell-through reports and reorder patterns that are hard to track manually. We have helped shops with fewer products than that make the switch and not regret it.

What does it cost to get started?

Square for Retail starts at no monthly cost. Hardware is a one-off purchase. kyrio’s programme pricing is discussed after discovery and varies by business type and location count. We never discuss costs before we understand your situation.

Can I keep my existing hardware?

Possibly. We’ll assess what you have during discovery. Square works with iPad, iPhone and dedicated hardware. If what you have is compatible, we will say so.
