We already use Fresha or Treatwell — is it worth switching?

That depends on what you need. We’ll look at what you’re paying, what features you’re actually using and what is missing. Sometimes a switch makes sense; sometimes the right answer is staying where you are and adding one specific tool.

Can clients book specific staff members online?

Yes. With Square Appointments, clients can select their preferred technician or stylist when booking online. You can also disable staff selection if you prefer clients to be assigned by availability.

How do deposits and no-show fees actually work?

Square Appointments supports card-on-file, prepayment and cancellation fee policies. You set the rules — we help you think through what makes sense for your type of salon and client base during discovery.

We have two staff members and one treatment room — is this overkill?

Not at all. The most common salon we help is a small team of two to four. The value is usually in cleaner bookings, fewer no-shows and getting paid faster — not in adding complexity.
